活血化瘀方治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床研究

免疫性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）是一种由于血小板破坏增多引起的出血性疾病，在出血性疾病中甚为常见。目前西医治疗仍应用皮质激素、切脾及免疫抑制药治疗，副作用较大，且复发后疗效较差。我们自1986年以来应用活血化瘀方治疗ITP40例，并设置对照组观察，取得了良好的效果。

Immune thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） is a disease which caused by bleeding duing to the platelet destruction increasing. This hemorrhagic disease is common. Currently, western medicine is still the application of cortico steroid therapy, splenectomy and immuno suppressive drug therapy, side effects and poor efficacy are obvious after relapse. Since 1986 we have applied to the Huoxuehuayu prescription to treat ITP 40 cases, and set up the control group.Then we achieved the good results.
