无功能胰岛细胞瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of non-functional islet cell tumor

目的：探讨无功能性胰岛细胞瘤（NFICT）的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析经手术并经病理证实的10例NFICT的CT平扫和增强扫描所见。结果：无功能胰岛细胞瘤瘤体较大，对周围脏器有推压征象。CT平扫为稍低密度肿块病变，大多数病例瘤体内可有不同程度的钙化，造影增强后病变无明显强化，其包膜有间断的不规则增强。结论：无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的CT影像较有特征性，尤以动脉期明显强化为主，易与胰腺癌鉴别，但仅凭CT影像不足以鉴别肿瘤的良恶性。

Objective： To explore the CT manifestations of non-functional islet cell tumor（NFICT）.Method： The fmdings of plain and enhancement CT scanning from 10 cases with NFICT, which were confirmed by the surgeries and pathological sections, were analyzed retrospectively. Result： The typical non-functioning islet cell tumor were larger mass and showed pushing and pressing signs. Unenhanced CT imaging showed a little lower density mass and there were different degree calification in most of them. On contrast enhanced CT scans, the mass were not enhanced obviously and the capsule were enhanced interruptedly and irregularly. Conclusion： The CT manifestations of non-functional islet cell tumor has characteristic quality, especially obvious strengthening during arterial phase.It is easy for NFICT to differentiate with cancer of pancreas, but insufficient to distinguish benign tumor or malignant tumor by CT imaging.
