摘要 文化与创造力有着密不可分的联系。重视创造力培育是文化资源利用的内在要求,这种内在要求需要我们站在一种战略的高度来重视创造力的培育。实施创造力培育战略的目的,是通过持续的、长期的、方式多样的手段和途径,让大众参与创造,乐于创造,有地方创造,为中国文化事业的发展、文化产业的繁荣提供源源不断的创意、思想和人才,为经济、社会的发展提供来自文化的动力资源,创建一个更富于创造、更充满活力、思想更为活跃、更具备文化竞争实力、能更好地适应环境的变化,更好地迎接未来的社会。 Culture and creativity can never be separated. To cultivate creativity is the inner demand of the use of culture resources. The purpose of creativity cultivation is to make the public be willing to par- ticipate in the process of creativity and supply them with the places to create. Thus people may keep creating for the development and flourish of Chinese cultural undertaking. Creativity cultivation may motivate the development of the economy and society; help establish a society of more creativity, energy, and active thoughts. It may better equip people with culture awareness, better adapt them to the change of the environment, and thus to better prepare them for the future society.
