Hua Xue Fen Yuan , the Chinese version of the most popular textbook of practical analytical chemistry in the West, introduced the modern knowledge of western analytical chemistry into China, which marked the formal introduction of modern analytical chemistry. The Chinese traditional chemistry was changed into experimental chemistry gradually along with the introduction of knowledge of analytical chemical experiments and scientific instruments to China.
