ERBB2、p-ERK、P—AKT、P—JNK在嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:2

The expression and significance of ERBB2 ,p-ERK ,p-AKT ,p-JNK in pheochromocytomas

摘要 用免疫组织化学染色方法检测表皮生长因子受体2(ERBB2)在8例恶性嗜铬细胞瘤和31例良性嗜铬细胞瘤组织中的表达。用Western印迹法检测5例ERBB2表达阳性的嗜铬细胞瘤和5例ERBB2表达阴性的嗜铬细胞瘤组织中细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)、c—Jun氨基端激酶(JNK)信号分子的激活情况。结果提示ERBB2蛋白在恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中高表达(P〈0.01)且可能通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/ERK途径,磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(P13K)/AKT途径以及应激活化蛋白激酶(SAPK)/JNK途径导致恶性嗜铬细胞瘤的发生。 The expression of ERBB2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in tissues from 8 patients with malignant pheochromocytoma and 31 with benign pheochromocytoma. Western blotting was used to detect the activation of ERK, AKT,JNK in ERBB2-positive as well as ERBB2-negative pheochromocytomas. The results strongly suggest that ERBB2 is overexpressed in malignant pheochromocytoma (P〈0. 01 ), which may lead to malignant pheochromocytoma through MAPK/ERK and PISK/AKT,and JNK/SPAK pathway.
