摘要
采用RNA干扰技术抑制3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素基因表达,干预后细胞的葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT)-1、GLUT-4、胰岛素受体底物1和激素敏感脂肪酶mRNA表达水平分别下调53%、26%、27%和38%(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。
With adiponectin siRNA, metabolism related gene expressions were determined in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes. It was found that glucose transporter( GLUT)-1, GLUT-4, insulin receptor substract-1 and hormonesensitive lipase mRNA expressions were down-regulated by 53% , 26% , 27% and 38% (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ).
