脂联素小干扰RNA（siRNA）对3T3-L1脂肪细胞代谢相关基因的影响 被引量：2

Effect of adiponectin siRNA on metabolism related gene expression in the 3T3-L1 cells

摘要 采用RNA干扰技术抑制3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素基因表达，干预后细胞的葡萄糖转运蛋白（GLUT）-1、GLUT-4、胰岛素受体底物1和激素敏感脂肪酶mRNA表达水平分别下调53％、26％、27％和38％（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。 With adiponectin siRNA, metabolism related gene expressions were determined in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes. It was found that glucose transporter（ GLUT）-1, GLUT-4, insulin receptor substract-1 and hormonesensitive lipase mRNA expressions were down-regulated by 53% , 26% , 27% and 38% （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）.
