Bier's spot;a report of two cases

报告2例Bier白斑。例1.男,22岁。9年前颈部出现散在红斑,5年前双手背、前臂出现散在淡白斑,抬高患肢数分钟后白斑可消退,均无自觉症状。颈部皮损组织病理检查结果为真皮毛细血管扩张。例2.女,32岁。约3年前双上肢出现淡白斑,抬高上肢数分钟后白斑可明显消退,皮损组织病理检查表皮、真皮均未见明显异常。

Case one： The patient, a 22-year-old man, has sporadic red spots on the neck for 9 years, and then sporadic white maeules on both forearms and the hands for 5 years without any symptom. The spots disappeared when he raised his arms for few minutes. The skin biopsy of the neck lession showed telangieetasia of the cutis. Case two： The patient, a 32- year-old woman, has white macules on both forearms for 3 years. The spots disappeared when she raised the arms for few minutes. The skin biopsy of the the lession showed no abnormality in epidermis and cutis.
