摘要
肝肾综合征(hepatorenal syndrome,HRS)是发生于肝硬化腹水患者的一种有潜在可逆性的并发症,同时也可发生在急性肝衰竭或酒精性肝炎患者中。理解肝衰竭合并HRS的发病机制对于HRS的诊断、治疗非常重要。本文主要就肝衰竭合并HRS的诊断、发病机制、治疗和预防方面的进展进行综述。
Hepatorenal syndrome （HRS） is a potentially reversible syndrome that occurs in cirrhotic patients with ascites, as well as in patients with acute liver failure or alcoholic hepatitis. It is important to understand the pathogenesis of HRS in patients with liver failure for the diagnosis and treatment of HRS. This article reviews the research progress of the diagnosis, pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of HRS in patients with liver failure.
