荷瘤SCID-hu鼠模型及其肿瘤实验研究现状

摘要 严重联合免疫缺陷鼠(severe combined immune deficiency mice,SCID)具有T、B淋巴细胞联合免疫缺陷等生物学特性,可以将人类有关免疫细胞、免疫组织和器官移植入其体内进行人免疫功能重建-SCID-hu鼠。荷瘤SCID-hu鼠模型为人类肿瘤的发病机制、生物治疗等方面的研究提供了良好的实验平台。 Severe combined immunodeficient mice(SCID) have biological characteristics of T,B lymphocytes combined immune deficiency.Human immune cells,tissues and organs are transplanted into their bodies to reconstruct human immune function-SCID-hu mice.In recent years,many tumor-bearing SCID-hu mouse models were established,which provided a good experimental platform for the research of pathogenesis of human tumors and biological treatments.
