摘要
从超声马达转子的运动方程入手,在假定转子受定常阻尼的条件下,求解出阶跃响应,并由此推导出超声马达的输出特性。利用阶跃响应和传统的悬挂砝码的方法分别测量了环形行波式超声马达的负载特性,实验结果表明,两种方法之间的测量误差优于10%。
Under the assumption of constant torque damping coefficient, the step response of an ultrasonic motor is obtained from the moment equation of the rotor, and also the property is deduced. Experimented results of load characteristics show that the error taken by measuring step response and by weighing is superior to 10%
