摘要
石英称重传感器的输出信号中的温度漂移噪声是一阶或一阶以上连续的,而称重激励信号的变化是离散的。基于这两个显然不同的信号特征,本文作者提出了一种应用石英谐振称重传感器自身输出频率采样的差分值消除温度漂移造成的传感误差的方法,不采用任何其他的温度补偿元件和电路。这种方法还可以同时消除由于其他各种因素所产生的连续漂移噪声,噪声抑制精度可以由采样时间间隔确定。文中详细分析了差分方法抑制漂移噪声的原理,给出了相应的处理算法和在石英谐振称重传感器中应用和实验结果数据。
In the output signals of quartz weighing sensor, the temperature drift noise is first order or over first order continuous ,however, the weighing exciting signal is discrete. Just based on the two different signal features, the method using the quartz resornant weighing sensor’s output frequency sampling differential values to eliminate the sensing error caused by the temperature drift, without any other temperature compensation components and circuits,is presented. The principle of the differential method depressing the drift noise is analysed in detail, the algorithm and the experimental result data obtained in the quartz resornant weighing sensor are given.
