羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素在小梁切除术中应用疗效观察

Observation of amnion transplantation combined with mitomycin C in trabeculectomy

目的观察羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素在小梁切除术中应用的临床疗效。方法对18例(23只眼)青光眼患者小梁切除术中应用羊膜移植和丝裂霉素的治疗进行回顾性分析,观察术后视力、眼压、滤过泡和并发症情况。结果随访观察6～12个月,视力改善12只眼(52.2%),视力不变9只眼(39.1%),眼压控制正常20只眼(86.9%),功能性滤过泡22只眼(95.7%)。结论青光眼小梁切除术中联合应用羊膜和丝裂霉素可以减少滤过泡疤痕的形成,提高滤过功能,降低眼压,提高手术成功率。

Objective To observe the clinic effects of amnion transplantation combined with mitomycin C in trabe- culeetomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 23 eyes of 18 glaucoma patients which were treated with trabeculectomy, mitomycin and amnion. The postoperative visual acuity,intraocluar pressure , filtrating bleb and complications were observed. Results During the postoperative follow up visual acuity in 12 eyes （52.2% ） increased ,9 eyes（39. 1% ） maintained . Intraocular preesure in 20 eyes （86.9% ） were controlled . Functional filtrating bleb in 22 eyes （95. 7% ）. Conclusion The trabeculectomy combined with amnion transplantation and mitomycin C not only decreased the scar of filtering bleD. Improved the function of the filtering bleb , lowered intraocular pressure but also promoted the successful ratio of filtering operation.
