生物羊膜移植联合双氯芬酸钠治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

Treatment of fungous corneal ulcer with biological amniotic membrane transplantation combined with diclofenac sodium

目的探讨生物羊膜移植联合双氯芬酸钠治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法将临床上确诊的真菌性角膜溃疡50例(50只眼),随机分成试验组和对照组各25只眼,所有患者于手术显微镜下清除溃疡灶,再行单层或多层生物羊膜移植于创面。试验组术后加用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液。观察对比两组角膜创面愈合与角膜新生血管形成情况。结果50例(50只眼)术后5d急性感染症状均得到有效控制,创面10d内愈合,试验组术后6个月4只眼形成角膜血管翳;对照组术后6个月16只眼形成角膜血管翳。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物羊膜移植联合双氯芬酸钠治疗真菌性角膜溃疡有效安全。能明显减轻角膜混浊程度,减少角膜新生血管的形成。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of in the treatement for fungous cornea ulcer diclofenac sodium. Methods 50 eyes with fungous cornea ulcer due to were divited to two groups at random, one with 25 eyes as control group, the other with in diclofenac sodium eye drops. All the cases were cut the ulcerlesions under the operational microscope. Took the amnion and applied it to the ulcer area. The patients in experimental group were treated with diclofenac sodium. Observe the healing condition of cornea wound and the forming condition of hmbal vascularized area. Results The local wound of 50 cases healed up in 10 day. Six months later,while in the experimental group there were only four , 16 eyes in the comparative group formed cornea vascularized area. The difference is obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of experimental fungous cornea ulcer with diclofenac sodium and transplantation of biological amniotic membrane is excellent.
