摘要
目的观察眼部严重蜂蜇伤的临床表现及治疗结果。方法回顾分析了3例眼部蜂蜇伤的眼前段和眼底改变及预后。结果蜂蜇伤后角膜混浊、角膜上皮脱落、前房积血、晶状体混浊、视网膜血管变细及视网膜水肿,晚期出现视网膜血管闭塞及视神经萎缩。经治疗视功能未能恢复。结论严重蜂蜇伤可造成视网膜血管闭塞,视神经萎缩,预后很差。
Objective To investigate the change and results of severe ocular wasp sting. Methods 3 eases of ocular anterior and posterior segment changes and prognosis were retrospectively analysed. Results Comeal opacity, epithelium breakage, hyphema, eonstrietion of central retinal ar-teria and veins and swelling of the retina may be occurred Optic atrophy, closure of the vessels occurred latter. Vision could not reeovered after treatment Conclusion Optic atrophy and closure of relinal vessels may occur after serious ocular wasp sting . The prognosis is very bad.
