摘要 糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升,糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)致盲率高。DR发病的确切机制和途径目前尚不十分清楚,最新研究显示,在DR诸多致病因素中,氧化应激反应在DR的发生发展过程中起的损害作用越来越引起人们重视。明确过氧化物在DR中所起的作用,为拓展DR的治疗提供一崭新和有效的途径。 Diabetic retinopathy , a progressive disease, is one of the most debihtating complications of diabetes. Treatment of diabetic retinopathy is hampered by the lack of understanding of its pathogenesis. Recent laboratory studies have confirmed that free radical and lipid peroxidation are very important factors in the progress of DR, so how to promote the activity of anti lipid overoxidation is the key.
