摘要
目的观察内源性及外源性抑郁症大鼠模型睾丸及血清内睾酮水平,探讨体内雄激素水平与抑郁症的关系。方法给予成年雄性大鼠慢性温和刺激21d,制备外源性抑郁症大鼠模型(CMS组);给予新出生第8天的雄性幼鼠腹腔注射新鲜配制的氯咪帕明(CLI)40mg/kg体重,至第21天,制备内源性抑郁症大鼠模型(CLI组)。结果两组抑郁症大鼠强迫游泳实验中的不动时间较正常组大鼠延长(P<0.01),上窜时间较正常组大鼠明显缩短(P<0.01);开野实验中CMS组大鼠水平跑格数与直立次数均较刺激前明显减少(P<0.001);CLI组大鼠水平跑格次数较正常对照组明显增加(P<0.05),直立次数明显减少(P<0.01)。CLI组大鼠睾丸内睾酮水平及血清睾酮水平较正常组明显升高(P<0.05),而CMS组大鼠睾丸内睾酮水平及血清睾酮水平较正常组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症大鼠体内性激素分泌紊乱,不同类型的抑郁症大鼠睾酮水平变化不一致。单相抑郁症大鼠体内雄激素水平降低,双相抑郁症大鼠体内雄激素水平升高。
Objective To investigate the changes of the level of testosterone in two types of depressed rats,and study the relationship between testosterone and depressive disorder.Methods The rats was exposed to chronic mild stress(CMS) such as food deprivation,water deprivation,continuous lighting etc for 21 days.The male rats which born for 8 days were administered chlomipramine(CLI) by intraperitoneal injection till 21 days,then two months later behavioral test and other experimental process were performed.The level of testosterone was detected by radioimmunity.Results The immobility time of two types of the depressed rats were longer than those of control rats(P〈0.01) and rearing time were shorter than those of control rats(P〈0.01) in forced-swimming test.The crossing times and rearing times of CMS rats were decreased after stress in open-field test(P〈0.001).The crossing times of CLI rats were increased(P〈0.01) and the rearing times of CLI rats were decreaed(P〈0.05) in open-field test.The levels of testosterone of testicle and serum in CLI rats were both increased(P〈0.05).But the levels of testosterone of testicle and serum in CMS rats were both decreased(P〈0.05).Conclusions There are sexual hormone parasecretion in depressed rats.The changes of testosterone is related with the type of depressive disorder.
