摘要
在预焙阳极的生产中,配方直接决定着阳极的体积密度、电阻率等指标。本文阐述了在原有三粒级配料系统的基础上,开发了模拟四粒级炭阳极配方技术。通过对某炭素厂的配方进行系统优化,使配料粒级更合理,提高了预焙阳极质量。
In the prebaked anode production, the key indexes of anode including the bulk density and resistivity are directly dependent on the recipe. In this paper, the simulation four fractions recipe technology was developed based on the initial three fractions proportioning system. The quality of anode was enhanced according to the systematic optimization of recipe in one carbon plant, the proportioned classification of particle size was more reasonable.
