摘要
阐述了Bragg光纤光栅(BOFG)树型传感阵列概念。该阵列与串型结构相比具有如下优点:对阵列传感元的中心波长不存在间隔分布要求,可以采用统一(中心波长相同)的传感元组阵,造价低,易于商用化;带载能力强(组阵传感元数量可以做得很大),适用于大面积实时监测;光电接合部多光路传输,提高了抗故障能力。以具体方案介绍了系统构成原理。通过原理分析和典型参数,进行了数值计算,并分析了阵列特性,得出了一些有价值的结论。
The concept of tree topology Bragg Optical Fiber Grating (BOFG) distribution sensing array is introduced. Comparing with the serial topology array, this type of arrays has the following advantages. First, it is not necessary that the central reflecting wavelengths of all the BOFG sensors must be different. In general, they can be identical. Thus, the cost of producing the sensors can be cheaper and they will easily be commercialized; Secondly, for this type of arrays, it is likely that a large number of sensors can be employed and therefore it can be applied to large area real-time monitoring. Finally, because there is more than one optical path at the interface between the electronics and the monitored body the performance of anti-failure will greatly be improved. The principle of the system construction is expounded by a design example. According to the principle analysis and the typical parameters, the numerical results is presented and the performance of this array is analyzed. Meanwhile, some valuable conclusions are obtained.
