角膜内皮细胞计与A超角膜测厚仪测量角膜中央厚度的比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的:比较角膜内皮细胞计与A超角膜测厚仪测量的角膜中央厚度值之间的差异性。方法:分别用角膜内皮细胞计与A超角膜测厚仪测量96例(192只眼)近视患者的角膜中央厚度,分析这两种方法所得的测量值之间的差异。结果:角膜内皮细胞计的测厚结果为(501.15±32.22)μm,A超的测厚结果为(527.11±31.12)μm,差异有显著性(P<0.05);将192只眼的角膜中央厚度,按角膜内皮细胞计的测厚结果分为3组,各组间两种测量方法的差值分别为(27.99±11.18)μm,(24.38±9.43)μm和(18.40±8.11)μm,两种测量方法在不同角膜厚度的范围内的差值也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法对于同一眼角膜中央厚度的测量值在统计学上差异有显著性,角膜内皮细胞计的测厚值小于超声测厚,随着角膜厚度的增加这两种方法测量值的差值减小;超声测厚作为目前最为准确可靠的角膜厚度测量方法,仍不能被角膜内皮细胞计的测量所代替。 Objective: To investigate the differences of central corneal thickness (CCT) in myope that measured with Topcon sp-3000p noncontact specular microscopy (TO) and ultrasonic pachymetry (UP). Methods: CCT was measured in 192 eyes of 96 myope patients with both TO and UP. The resuits were treated statistically and the differences were analyzed. Results: The CCT average was 501.15 ±32.22 μm when measured with TO, and 527.11 ±31.12 μm with UP. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The measurements of 192 eyes were divided into 3 groups according to CCT differences between the results got by the 2 methods. The difference was 27. 99 ± 11.18 μm in group 1, 24.38 ± 9.43 μm in group 2,and 18.40 ±8.11 μm in group 3. Significant differences were found among these groups. Conclusions: The measurements of CCT is smaller when measured with TO than with UP, and the differences will deerease along with the increase of CCT. UP is still the most accurate and reliable method for determination of CCT, and cant be replaeed by TO.
