摘要 目的:研究白血病抑制因子(LIF)在人胚胎培养液中的表达,探讨其在胚胎发育中的作用及其与胚胎质量、妊娠结局的关系。方法:取35例行体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)或单精子卵细胞浆内注射(ICSI)的不孕患者受精后第三天的胚胎培养液,分为优质胚胎组和劣质胚胎组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其中LIF的含量。结果:LIF在人胚胎培养液中有表达,优质胚胎培养液中LIF的含量较劣质胚胎培养液中高,但无统计学意义(P<0.05);优质胚胎培养液中的LIF含量与妊娠结局关系明显,LIF含量>700ng/L时妊娠结局较好。结论:LIF在胚胎发育过程中可能起重要作用,测定胚胎培养液中的LIF含量可以作为预测妊娠结局的一项指标。 Objective: To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in embryo culture media of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) circle and its effects on embryo quality, ping. Methods: Embryo culture media from 35 and to study its relation with results of embryo develocases of IVF or ICSI were collected on the third day of fertilization, and divided into high quality group (group H) and poor qualJity group (group P) according to an assessment system based on morphological appearance of embryo. LIF contents in those media were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay. Results: LIF was detected in embryo culture media. Its contents were higher in group H than in group P, but the difference was not significant statistically ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was an obvious relation between LIF contents and result of pregnancy that when LIF contents were more than 700 ng/L, the pregnancy results were good. Conclusions: LIF might have important effects on embryonic development; LIF contents in embryo culture media could be taken as one of the indexes for the predicting of pregnancy results.
