0.1%己脒定去屑香波的止痒和去头屑功效研究

The efficacy and safety of 0.1% Hexamidine anti-dandruff shampoo in 30 patients with dandruff

目的:观察0.1%己脒定去屑香波的止痒和去头屑功效。方法:采用随机双盲自身对照研究,将受试者的头皮分成两侧,随机分别使用不含及含有0.1%己脒定的洗发香波,通过比较试验前后两侧头皮的瘙痒和头屑严重程度的临床评分及马拉色菌菌落数的变化,以评价含己脒定去屑成分香波的止痒和去头屑功效,同时进行安全性评估。结果:含0.1%己脒定香波在降低头皮多项临床评分及马拉色菌量方面均明显优于对照组香波,且安全性较好。结论:0.1%己脒定香波具有较好的去屑止痒及降低马拉色菌活性的功效,己脒定可作为一种新型的安全有效的去屑剂用于去头屑香波中。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of 0. 1% Hexamidine anti -dandruff shampoo in patients with dandruff. Methods：We used a randomized, double - blinded experiment. All subjects were randomly applied two different shampoos on their left and right scalps respectively, with the control shampoo containing no Hexamidine. Experimental and control shampoos were compared by analyzing clinical assessment scores and malassezia load. Results： The 0. 1% Hexamidine shampoo demonstrated superiority in both decreasing various clinical assessment scores and malassezia load compared to the controlled shampoo. Conclusion ：0. 1% Hexamidine shampoo has a good ability in reducing dandruff and relieving scalp itching as well as decreasing scalp malassezia load. 0. 1% Hexamidine, which is safe and highly effective, can be considered as a novel ahemative agent in anti - dandruff shampoos.
