皮肤鳞状细胞癌中NF-κB、VEGF的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨皮肤鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)核因子-κB(NF-κB)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其与肿瘤分化和淋巴结转移的关系。方法:用ABC免疫组化技术检测50例皮肤鳞癌标本(其中高分化鳞癌34例,低分化鳞癌16例,伴有淋巴结转移14例)中NF-κB、VEGF表达。结果:NF-κB、VEGF表达阳性率分别为80%、72%;二者在低分化鳞癌中的表达明显高于高分化者(P<0.05),且其表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤鳞癌中NF-κB和VEGF表达与其分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of nuclear factor kappaB ( NF -kB ) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and the relationship between their expression and tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Methods: NF- kB and VEGF expression were analyzed using ABC imunohistochemiccal techniques in 50 cutaneous SCC patients(including 14 SCCs with lymph node metastases), among them there were 34 highly differentiated and 16 poorly differentiated cases. Results:NF -kB and VEGF were localized within cytoplasm of tumor cells and stromal and endothelial cells surrounding tumor nests. The NF - kB expression rate was 80% , and expression in poorly differentiated tumors was significantly higher than in highly differentiated ones (P = 0. 007) , and the higher expression of NF -kB, higher rate of lymph node metastasis ( P = 0. 004 ). The VEGF expression rate was 72%, and expression in poorly differentiated tumors was significantly higher than in highly differentiated ones (P = 0. 038 9). VEGF expression was higher among patients with lymph node metastasis (P =0. 016 8 ). Conclusion:Expression of NF -kB and VEGF are related to differentiation and lymph node metastasis in cutaneous SCC
