Progress using the 308 nm excimer laser for the dermatoses treatment

308nm准分子激光是近年应用于皮肤病的一种新型紫外线,具有治疗次数少、累积剂量低、不累及正常皮肤、副作用少等特点,在治疗银屑病、白癜风方面已证实有显著而安全的疗效,对传统的紫外线疗法有效的特应性皮炎、扁平苔癣、蕈样肉芽肿、湿疹等皮肤病也有潜在的应用前景。本文综述了308nm准分子激光在上述皮肤病的应用及进展。

308 nm excimer laser is a new UV therapeutic option for some dermatoses in the last 10 years with the advantages of fewer treatements, lower cumulative dosage, sparing of uninvolved skin, and less side effects. It has been proved particularly effective and safe for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo. It also has potential uses in atopic dermatitis, lichen planus, mycosis fungoides, eczema and other dermatoses that respond to traditional ultraviolet therapy. The article reviews advances using the 308 nm excimer laser for the treatment of dermatoses that are mentioned above.
