FDG PET-CT在食管癌放疗靶区勾画中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 食管癌三维适形放疗使高剂量分布的形状在三维方向上与病变(靶区)的形状一致,在最大程度上杀灭肿瘤细胞的同时尽量保护周围正常组织和器官。FDGPET技术可利用正电子核素标记葡萄糖可以发现癌细胞,而且常在肿瘤组织形态、结构改变之前就能发现代谢异常,因而能早期发现肿瘤;在发现远处转移方面其敏感性也要远高于CT。本研究目的在于研究PET与CT图像融合在食管癌三维适形放疗中靶区勾画中的作用。
