异位人绒毛膜促性腺激素与PTEN基因在子宫内膜癌及癌前病变组织中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年的发病率逐年上升，严重威胁着妇女的身心健康。目前，关于子宫内膜不典型增生与子宫内膜癌的鉴别一直是临床病理诊断的一大难题，因此，寻找高敏感度和高特异性的子宫内膜癌标志物并探讨其诊断应用价值具有显著的意义。本研究通过免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜癌及其癌前病变组织中异位人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG，异位hCG是由非滋养细胞分泌的hCG）与PTEN基因的表达情况，寻找有效鉴别诊断子宫内膜癌的免疫组化指标，
