翼状胬肉组织Caveolin-1,E-cadherin和P63的表达

Expression of Caveolin-1,E-cadherin and P63 in pterygium tissue

目的:观察翼状胬肉上皮细胞中caveolin-1,E-cadherin和P63的表达。方法:应用免疫荧光组织化学染色法检测12例翼状胬肉上皮细胞caveolin-1,E-cadherin和P63的表达,并与正常结膜对比。结果:在正常结膜上皮,E-cadherin和P63低表达,caveolin-1无表达。在翼状胬肉组织,E-cadherin和P63的表达明显增强,caveolin-1在上皮基底及基底上部细胞阳性表达。caveolin-1在正常结膜上皮阳性表达的光密度值为0,而在翼状胬肉的吸光度值为9706±2018。E-cadherin和β-catenin在正常结膜与在翼状胬肉的上皮阳性表达的吸光度值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉上皮细胞caveolin-1,E-cadherin和P63蛋白表达异常。

AIM：To evaluate the expression of Caveolin-1,E-cadherin and P63 in pterygia epithelium.·METHODS：Twelve patients（12 eyes） with pterygia who underwent simple excision were enrolled in this study.Caveolin-1,E-cadherin and P63 immunostaining were performed in pterygia tissue and normal conjunctiva.·RESULTS：E-cadherin and P63 expressed at low levels,while Caveolin-1 was absent in normal conjunctival epithelium.In contrast,there was increase of Caveolin-1,E-cadherin and P63 expression in pterygia epithelium.The integrated optical density（IOD） of Caveolin-1-positive cells（9706±2018） were higher in pterygia than in normal conjunctiva.However,the IODs of E-cadherin and β-catenin were significantly up-regulated in pterygia compared with normal conjunctiva（P〈0.05）.·CONCLUSION：Caveolin-1,E-cadherin and P63 expression are high in pterygia tissue,and are possibly involved in high proliferation.
