视网膜光损伤的防治研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 光对视网膜的损伤能诱发活性氧自由基产生,使视网膜细胞处于氧化应激状态,从而造成细胞一系列损伤、凋亡、生物膜溶解和细胞坏死,导致感光细胞的凋亡和视网膜变性,引发眼病,甚至导致视力丧失。目前国内外对视网膜光损伤的防治有一些研究和报道。我们就从视网膜光损伤的机制和多方面的防治进行归纳研究,现综述如下。 Retinal damage caused by light can induce the production of reactive oxygen radicals which can leave the retinal cells in a state of oxidative stress and result in a series of cell injury,apoptosis,necrosis and cell membrane lysis,leading to apoptosis of photoreceptor cells and retinal degeneration,outbreak of eye diseases,and even visual loss.At present,there are some reports about the studies of the prevention and treatment of retinal light injury at home and abroad.Hence,this article studies the mechanism and prevention and cure of retinal light damage.
