眶周注射曲安奈德在甲状腺相关眼病中的应用

Application of periocular injection of triamcinolone in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)是成人最常见的眼眶病,严重影响患者的生活质量,目前发病机制不清,没有理想的治疗方法。我们对眶周注射曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide,TA)治疗TAO作一综述。

Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy is the most common adult orbital disease which affects the patients＇ quality of life seriously.The pathogenesis of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy is still inadequately under-stood,and no satisfying treatment is available.This paper reviewed the application of periocular injection of triamcinolone in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.
