改良式角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的手术体会

Experience of primary pterygium treated with improved conjunctival and corneal limbal autograft transplantation

目的:探讨原发性翼状胬肉的手术治疗术式及疗效。方法:回顾2006-08/2009-01,对收住我院的原发性翼状胬肉患者40例43眼,均行改良式角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后观察角膜上皮恢复情况、结膜伤口愈合情况和胬肉复发情况等。结果:本组病例术后随访1～30mo,绝大多数患者角膜上皮和结膜伤口愈合良好,有4例患者术后复发。结论:改良式角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉复发率低,可以广泛开展,但需要手术者娴熟的技术和足够的耐心。

AIM：To observe the effect of primary pterygium treated by improved techique with conjuntival and corneal limbal autograft transplantation.·METHODS：Forty-three eyes of 40 patients with primary pterygium underwent surgery for the removal of pterygium with improved conjunctival and corneal limbal autograft transplantation.The corneal epithelial,conjunctiva wound and pterygium recurrence were observed after operation.·RESULTS：With the follow-up ranged from 1 month to 30 months,most cases of corneal epithelial and conjunctiva wound healed well,but 4 cases recurred.·CONCLUSION：The improved techique for treatment of primary pterygium is a safe,effective way with low recurrence rate,but need practiced skills and enough patience.
