疑似肿瘤的鼻咽癌放疗后放射性脑坏死

Post-radiation Temporal Lobe Necrosis Mimicking Radiation-induced Tumor:A Case Discussion

放射性脑坏死及第二肿瘤是鼻咽癌放疗后的远期并发症。多数情况下,根据临床病史及典型的影像学检查,其鉴别并不困难。我院收治1例鼻咽癌放疗后放射性脑坏死患者,其右颞部占位在临床发展及影像学表现上与第二肿瘤十分相似,术前被诊断为"右颞部脑膜瘤",而术后病理学检查确诊为放射性脑坏死。本文就此病例的诊治过程进行探讨。

Post-radiation temporal lobe necrosis （PRTLN） and radiation-induced tumor are late complication for irradiated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Under most conditions, correct diagnosis can be made based on the history of disease and typical MR imaging. In this article, we reported a ease of PRTLN mimicking radiation-induced tumor. The diagnosis and treatment of this case were discussed.
