加速度传感器测量体力活动的应用综述 被引量:19

摘要 大量流行病学研究证明体力活动(physical activity)不足是健康的重要独立危险因素,低水平的体力活动与心血管疾病、糖尿病、骨质疏松、肥胖症、部分类型癌症(结直肠癌、乳腺癌)的发生密切相关。开展体力活动研究首先需要解决的问题是寻求及发展客观、精确、实用的体力活动测量方法,这对于定量化评价体力活动与健康收益之间的剂量-效应(dose-response)关系,评估体力活动干预措施有效性,形成基于客观评价基础之上的公共健康建议等具有重要意义。
