They spur the development and technical innovation of national biomedical industry. The development trends and key points should be broken through cooperation among industries, universities and researches; advanced biotechnology; market access policies and high-standard elites construction, etc. By the guidance of market, the government should put forth a series of plans and policies for industry development to accelerate the construction of industrialized bases of biomedical industry, and encourage the biotech enterprises to finance in multi-channels and forms.
