多民族的分布格局决定了我国构建社会主义和谐社会过程中正确处理民族关系问题是一个关键性的因素,而增强"国家至上,社会为先"的国家观教育有助于用科学发展观指导民族工作,有助于我国民族关系的和谐发展,有助于缓解利益分配不公给我国民族关系带来的压力,有助于引导日益增强的民族意识向正确的方向发展,也是我党新时期全面建设小康社会的重要保证。本文对国家观、中华民族观教育的原则、方式等进行了探讨。

The scattered distribution of different nationalities in China leads to the fact that the correct handling of ethnic relations is crucial to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The strengthening of the concept of ＂state-oriented education＂ helps our ethnic work with the guidance of the concept of scientific development and lessens the pressure from the unfair property distribution. This education also helps the correct development of our ethnic consciousness and is a guarantee for building a harmonious society in the new period in China. The paper discusses the principles and implications of ＂state-oriented education＂ and the education concept of the Chinese nation.
