摘要
讨论了线阵传感器在舰船动力装置弹性元件冲击位移测量中的应用情况.首先阐述了应用线振传感器进行弹性元件冲击位移测量的原理及测量方法的技术特点.并结合某型舰用弹性联轴器冲击位移测量的实例,验证了该测量方法的可行性,指出了测量方法工程应用前景.研究成果可应用于橡胶隔振器、弹性联轴器、挠性接管等舰用弹性元件冲击位移测量.
The applications of linear array sensors for shock displacement measurement are first introduced regarding elastic components of marine power plants.Then,the working principles of proposed measurement and technical characteristics of testing method are postulated.Meanwhile,an example of a specific marine resilient coupling is used to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the bespoke method.Finally,it is indicated that this approach can be adapted to such marine elastic components as resilient couplings,flexible tubes and rubber isolators.
