摘要
在转换矩阵法分析光纤Bragg光栅应力和温度同时测量的理论基础上,进一步分析了转换矩阵元误差和Bragg波长测量误差对应力和温度测量精度的影响,给出了应力在0~2000μ∈,温度在0~150℃的测量范围内。
Be based on the transfer matrix theory describing simultaneous strain and temperature measurement with optical fiber Bragg grating sensor,we studied that the error of transfer matrix elements and measurement inaccuracy for Bragg wavelength λ Bi ,got that maximum errors in strain and temperature were 10μ∈ and 1℃,over ranges of 2000μ∈ and 100℃,respectively.
