首先分析知识转移的内涵、类型,进而构建知识转移的基本模型;其次概括分析国内外学者关于知识转移的研究视角,总体上分为:知识转移的模式、过程、要素、机制、规律和策略等;最后比较分析国内外学者的研究成果,并在评述基础上进行展望。

Firstly, this paper analyses the connotation, the type of knowledge transfer and the construction of basic model of knowledge transfer. Secondly, discusses the construction of basic model of knowledge transfer, including knowledge transfer models, process, elements, mechanism, regulations and strategies, etc. Finally, comparatively analyses the domestic and foreign scholars, research achieve ments and makes prospect on its future.
