Taking Shxi Province Library as an example, this paper evaluates effectiveness of library knowledge transfer by the satisfaction survey for both readers and librarians. It takes several factors which influence the library knowledge transfer such as knowledge, the knowledge providers, the knowledge accepters and the passage of the library knowledge transfer as the breakthrough points, and analyzes the reasons of the gap between the realistic transfer and the successful transfer.
