摘要 通过表面杀菌剂的筛选、无菌种子播种技术研究、增殖、壮苗生根培养基及炼苗基质的筛选,建立一套组培快繁春石斛兰的技术体系,实现工厂化生产的目标。 Tissue culture techniques of Dendrobium were researched in this paper. Through filtrating surface antiseptic, In vitro rapid propagation and regeneration,filtrating the multiplication media and rooting media, the system for techniques tissue culture of Dendrobium nobile was set up.
