农民工精神文化生活的特点及改善对策——基于山东省的调查

On the Characteristics and Improving Measures of Spiritual and Cultural Life of Peasant Workers——Based on the Investigation in Shandong Province

农民工的精神文化生活,事关整个社会经济发展以及和谐社会的建设。调查表明,受经济、文化、社会等因素的影响,目前农民工精神文化生活受城市文化生活方式影增加但仍然呈现整体贫乏的特点;农民工文化消费观念呈现代际转型的特点,同时仍存落后的一面;积极乐观、自足的心态与心理矛盾冲突并存,精神压力较大。因此,应树立以人为本的理念;增加农民工收入,使其享有市民待遇;加强文化基础设施建设;积极发挥政府的主导作用;保持精神领域中的"生态文明",夯实与改善农民工精神文化生活的现实基础。

The situation of spiritual and cultural life about peasant workers relates to economic development, the steady of society and the construction of the harmonious society. The research starts with empirical method, focusing on the reality of Shandong province and has investigated into the situation of the spiritual and cultural life of rural workers in Shandong province The investigation shows that the current situation of the spiritual and cultural life of rural workers in Shandong province has following characteristics： being unproductive and affected by the urban cultural life, having difference between generations in the process of consumption concept transferring. Some countermeasures are proposed in the final part to optimize the situation of spiritual and cultural life of peasant workers.
