On the Course of Human Identifying Lies

对应于人类的神权时代、皇权时代、人权时代,人类的识谎方法经历了历历分明的三个时期——神识法、刑识法和仪器识法时期。其中,人识法贯穿于三个阶段,并在刑识法与仪器识法之间的空白时段发挥决定性的作用。观察一个人在强烈的外在刺激下言行的、生理的变化,是亘古以来人类识别谎言最主要的思路。

Corresponding to theocratic era, imperial pourer era and human right era of human being, the method for identifying lies as far as human being is concerned has gone through three distinct phases- identifying the lies by divinity, identifying the lies by tortnre, identifying the lies by instrument. Identifying the lies by the people run through three stages, and plays a decisive role at the blank period between identifying the lies by criminal law and identifying the lies by instrument. Observing the changes of words and behaviors as well as physiology a person are supposed to have under intensely external stimulation is the constantly main idea for human beings to identify the lies from time immemorial.
