摘要
以旋转头式全自动高速贴片机为例，较全面地讨论了高速贴片机的贴装不良现象及原因，并提出了相应的故障排除方法。
The paper takes a rotary head type high-speed full-automatic placement system with a rotary head as an example fully discusssing the phenomenons and the causes of poor placement of high-speed placement systems,and puts forword the concemed methods to solve the troubles.
