摘要
为使城镇演变过程中道路网布局规划方案更为合理,简化布局评价、优化、调整的程序,以城镇规划年利用道路网出行的交通费用与规划所需投资建设总费用最小为目标,构建了城镇用地规划和道路网设计一体化多目标决策模型.根据遗传算法对该模型条件与处理方法进行了改进,对目标函数进行了简化,给出了具体算法及分析过程.仿真实例分析表明,该决策模型在实际应用中是可行的,能生成多套道路网布局规划方案,规划决策者可依据多准则决策方法或不同优化目标,选择适时的道路网布局方案.
In order to implement reasonable layout and planning schemes for the road network during the town growth process and to simplify the procedures of evaluation, optimization and adjustment, a muhi-objective decision-making model for the town land planning and the integration of the road network design was established. The goal of the model was to minimize the traffic expenses of trips in the planning-year road network and the total expenses of investment and construction. The genetic algorithm was employed to modify the model conditions and processing methods and to simplify its objective function. The detailed algorithm and analytic process are provided. The simulated results of a case study show that the present decision-making model is feasible and practical, and that it can generate various layout and planning schemes for the road network so that the decision-makers can choose a reasonable scheme for the road network according to multiple-rule decision-making methods or different optimization objectives.
