煤矿井下塑料管道焊接装置计时器的研制及应用

计时器是ZHD630型煤矿井下塑料管道焊接装置的配套设备,焊接接头性能主要由焊接过程中的温度、压力及加热时间决定。文章详细介绍了计时器3次时间的控制、控制系统软、硬件以及机械结构的设计。试验表明,计时器操作简单、运行稳定、性能可靠,完全可以满足焊接装置在矿井内焊接塑料管道的需要。

The timer is a key device for the ZHD630-type plastic pipeline welding equipment in the underground coal mine. During the welding processes, the performance of joints depends on the temperature, pressure and time of heating, Three times of precise time control are very important .for a high quality of welding. This paper introduces the hardware and software of timer＇s control system, as well as its design of mechanical structure. Large amount of experiments show that the timer is stable, reliable and easy to operate. And the timer can totally meets the need of welding work in the underground coal mine.
