不同罗汉果品种生育后期净光合速率变化的比较研究

Comparison of net photosynthetic rate changes in different species of Siraitia grosvenorii in late growth period

目的:分析净光合速率(Pn)与罗汉果品质的关系。方法:以永青一号和野红一号2个生育后期的罗汉果品种为实验材料,采用C I-310便携式光合作用测定系统测生育后期的净光合速率;用HPLC测甜苷Ⅴ。结果:永青一号的光补偿点低于野红一号,光饱和点相同。在整个生育后期永青一号的Pn、干果重和甜苷Ⅴ含量均高于野红一号。结论:净光合速率可作为评价罗汉果品质的重要辅助指标。

Objective： To analyze the relationship between the net photosynthetic rate and the quality of Siraitia grosvenorii. Method： Taken two species of S. grosvenorii： Yongqing No. 1 and Yehong No. 1 as the experimental material, CI-310 portable photosynthesis system was used to test the net photosynthetic rate in the late growth period; HPLC was used to determine momordica-glycosides V. Result： Light compensation point of Yongqing No. 1 was lower than that of Yehong No. 1 and the light saturation point was identical, the weight of dried fruit and the content of momordica-glycosides V of Yongqing No. 1 were higher than those of Yehong No. 1 at the late growth period. Conclusion ： The net photosynthetic rate can be used as an important subservient index to assess the quality of S. grosvenorii.
