Beclin1在原发性胆管细胞型肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Beclin1 in primary cholangiocarcinoma and its clinical significance

①目的探讨自噬基因Beclin1在原发性胆管细胞型肝癌(CC)的表达及其临床意义。②方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测CC20例、正常肝组织5例中Beclin1的表达。③结果正常肝组织CC的Beclin1蛋白表达平均灰度值分别为179.21±6.53、158.15±11.25,两者之间的差异有统计学意义(t=3.980,P=0.01),Beclin1在CC组织的表达明显高于正常肝组织。④结论Beclin 1异常表达与CC的发生发展密切相关,在CC的发展过程中可能起起重要的作用,为今后诊断治疗提供理论依据。

Objective To explore autophage gene Beclin1 expression and its clinical significance in primary cholangiocarcinoma（CC）.Methods The expressions of beclin1 in 20 cholangiocarcinoma and 5 normal hepatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The average gray values of Beclin1 expression in the CC and normal liver tissues were 179.21±6.53 and 158.15±11.25 respectively,and there was significant difference between them（t=3.980,P=0.01）.Beclin1 expression was significantly higher in CC tissues than that in the normal liver tissues.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Beclin1 was closely associated with the pathogenesis and development of CC,and mould play an important role in this process,it could provide a theoretical basis for future diagnosis and treatment.
