摘要
自建国到20世纪70年代初,我国农村学校数量达到顶峰,随后逐渐下降。由于当时土地政策的特殊和学校撤并过程中农村教育管理模式的变化,我国农村被撤并学校用地处置问题变得非常复杂,为此各地区采取了不同的处置形式,也出现了许多亟待探讨的问题。本文试图分析此类学校用地处置过程中出现的问题,提出相应的改进策略。
The number of primary and junior high schools in rural areas reached peak respectively from the founding China to the early sixties and seventies of the 20th century, and declined steadily in the mid and late 1970s. Because of the complexity of the land policy when the school got its land and changes of rural educational management patterns in the process of schools closed, the disposition of land of schools closed in rural areas has become very complex, and each region has taken different disposition models. Some deep problems need to explore. To generalize these disposition models, analyze issues emerging in the disposition process and put forward corresponding improvement strategies have become important contents of research on the disposition of land of schools closed in rural areas.
