Yale＇s 4th century developmental strategy＇s goal is to become a truthful global university, after entering the 21st century. For this goal, Yale designed and put into practice a series of development plans involved resources, discipline, talent, research and social services. Some personalized choices of this strategy such as following the history, people-oriented, concise concrete content and the synchronization of planning and implementation may do some good to the planning and implementation of our universities＇ developmental strategy.
