摘要 文章从研究数量及研究方法、研究内容及侧重点对中外员工参与研究进行了分析和比较,在研究数量和方法上,国外对员工参与的研究相对较早且多采用定量与定性相结合的方法,而国内多采用定性研究方法;在研究内容及侧重点上,重点从员工参与形式、参与水平的测量两方面进行了分析比较。最后,对我国员工参与研究提出了一些改进建议。 This paper analyses and compares the quantity, method, content and focus of research on employee participation at home and abroad. On the quantity and method of study, foreign research is relatively earlier, and most of the researchers adopt the combination method of quantitative and qualitative research, however the domestic researchers mostly use qualitative method. On the content and focus of the research, the writers focus on analyzing and comparing the form, and the measuring of the level of participation. Based on the above, some suggestions for employee participation research in our country will be brought out at the end of the paper.
