摘要
确立了合闸相角综合评判指标体系。将灰关联系数代替隶属度,用层次分析法求解权重系数,建立了永磁接触器合闸相角的多级综合评判模型。通过选相合闸试验获取不同合闸相角下的各项动态特性参量,建立了基于试验的综合评判原始数据库,并进行了多级模糊综合评判。与传统模糊综合评判法的比较表明,该方法在评判精细度、准确性和计算量上均存在一定的优越性。
The system of making phase evaluation indicators was established.By substituting grey relative coefficient for membership grade and calculating the factor weight by the analytic hierarchy process,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for making phase of permanent magnet contactor was built.Dynamic characteristics parameters under different making phases were obtained by experiment,building a comprehensive evaluation initial database based on experiment,and then multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out.Compared with the conventional method,it can be found that the method presented was more precise,more accurate and simpler.
