摘要
探讨内毒素刺激雏鸡肺脏肥大细胞及组胺含量变化,以及组胺受体颉颃剂的反馈调节作用。120羽20日龄雏鸡随机分为空白组、模型组、扑尔敏组、西咪替丁组、扑西联合组。分别用相应的药物处理。在5、10、15 d各组随机抽取7个样本,颈静脉放血处死,取肺脏2份,1份冷冻后,荧光法测定组胺;另外1份用Carnoy’s液固定,甲苯胺蓝染色显示肥大细胞。结果发现,模型组肺实质肥大细胞数量极显著少于其余各组(P<0.01),肺气道黏膜肥大细胞数量极显著少于扑尔敏组、西咪替丁组(P<0.01),扑西联合组肺组织中组胺含量均低于其他组。表明扑尔敏和西咪替丁可以缓解内毒素诱导雏鸡肺组织中肥大细胞数量和组胺含量下降的趋势。
To investigate the effects of chlorphenamine maleate and cimetidine on mast cell numbers and histamine content of lungs in chicken induced by endotoxin,one hundred and twenty birds were randomly divided into five groups: Control group(CG),endotoxin group(EG),chlorphenamine maleate group(CM),cimetidine group(CMT),chlorphenamine galeate and cimetidine group(CMC).Seven chickens were randomly taken from each group on 5th,10th,15th day,then killed.The lungs were fixed in carnoy's fluid or stored in ultra cold freezer.The mast cells were showed with toluidine blue staining.The histamine was measured by OPT.The NMC of lung parenchyma in EG is significantly lower than that in other groups(P〈0.01),the number of mast cells and histamine content were increased in chickens induced by endotoxin,but it was alleviated by chlorphenamine maleate and cimetidine.
